Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling service made available through levelup-aussie.com, as reviewed on Level Up (the "Service"). - User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, registers an account, or otherwise uses the Service, whether or not such person places a Bet.
- Account means a personal user account created on the Website that enables a Player to access and use the Service.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You may only register an Account and use the Service if you are at least 18 years old or older than the legal age for gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By creating an Account, you expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is legal under the laws of your place of residence. Account Creation Process

User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy and updates: You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify the Operator of any changes to your details, including email address and residential address.
- Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your Account. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any third party to use your Account.
- Unauthorised use: You must immediately inform the Operator via [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, you remain responsible for all use of the Service via your Account.
- Prohibited users: You confirm that you are not:
- Acting on behalf of another person or entity;
- A resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction or located in a country where the Service is blocked or illegal;
- Included on any applicable sanctions or exclusion list.
- Responsible gambling: You accept full responsibility for your gambling activities. You are encouraged to set personal limits and use available responsible gambling tools. Nothing in these Terms constitutes financial or investment advice.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game rules: Each Game may have its own specific rules, payout tables and mechanics provided by the game developer (for example, BGaming or other providers). By placing a Bet on a Game, you agree to abide by the rules and pay tables displayed within that Game.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game specifies applicable minimum and maximum Bet amounts. You may only place Bets within those limits and to the extent that your Account balance (including any available Bonus Funds) is sufficient.
- Order of funds: Unless expressly stated otherwise in a particular promotion, Bets are generally placed using Real Money Balance first, followed by Bonus Funds. The exact order of funds consumption may depend on promotional conditions.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been registered and confirmed by the Operator's servers. In the event of any discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's servers, the server records shall prevail.
Modification, Cancellation and Errors
- No cancellation by Player: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed, you cannot cancel or modify it except where explicitly permitted by the Game rules or by the Operator at its sole discretion.
- Palpable errors and malfunction: In the event of any obvious error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous payouts, misconfigured Game parameters or technical malfunction), the Operator reserves the right to:
- Void affected Bets;
- Correct the error and adjust the Account balance to the amount that would have been payable in the absence of error; and/or
- Withhold payouts arising directly from such error.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the internet while playing a Game, the outcome may be processed by the server based on the last recorded state. The Operator endeavours to ensure that you can reconnect and see the final outcome. If this is not possible, the Operator may, at its discretion, restore the Bet, void the Bet and refund the stake, or apply other fair resolution mechanisms in line with provider rules.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When using any live casino feature, live chat, or other interactive functionality, you must behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not post, transmit or display any content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist, sexist, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or otherwise inappropriate.
- No cheating or collusion: You must not:
- Use any automated system (including bots or software tools) to place Bets or influence Game outcomes;
- Collude with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
- Exploit any technical or Game-related loopholes for financial gain.
- Compliance with instructions: You agree to follow any reasonable instructions given by dealers, moderators or customer support staff in live Games and chats.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Offer-specific rules: Each Bonus or promotion offered via levelup-aussie.com is subject to specific terms published on the Website or communicated to you (for example, in the cashier, promotion pages or emails). In case of conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail over this section.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally offered to registered Players who meet criteria such as minimum deposit amounts, geographic eligibility, and other conditions. The Operator may restrict or exclude certain Players or jurisdictions from particular promotions at its discretion.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

- Depositing, receiving a Bonus, and then substantially increasing Bet sizes or volatility in a way that indicates exploitative behaviour;

- Prohibited Games: Certain Games or Game categories may be excluded from wagering or Bonus play. Bets placed on such Games while using Bonus Funds may not count toward wagering and may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus.

- Consequences: In case of suspected Bonus abuse, the Operator may:

Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits

Intellectual Property Rights

Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend, update or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, business practices, or features of the Service.
- Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance or at the time of change by:

Termination & Suspension
Termination by the Player
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or through any available account management tools on the Website.
- Withdrawal of funds: Subject to completion of KYC and other checks, any remaining Real Money Balance (less any applicable fees or chargebacks) will be paid to you via a method reasonably determined by the Operator. Unused Bonuses and Bonus Funds will normally be cancelled upon closure.
Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict your access to the Service, or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, to the extent that such choice of law is valid and does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
- Australian regulatory context: If you access the Service from Australia, you acknowledge that the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and related regulations may apply to your access and that the Operator does not hold an Australian licence.
